  • basil

  • extra ribbon of cucumber and lemon for garnish

  1. Pour your gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup and fresh squeezed lemon juice into your shaker.

  2. Drop in your cucumber slices and basil leaves and muddle everything together.

  3. Take a potato peeler to peel a ribbon of cucumber for your drink garnish. Be sure to peel a few for different options or if one breaks. Place your swirl into your glass while keeping it pressed along the edges.
